Winta McNeary, the Assistant Manager of Every Kid’s Dentist/Foothills Smiles, is phenomenal! As a patient and a mom of four kiddos who are also patients, coordinating appointments, insurance claims, and co-pay fees, is a challenge. On several occasions I called the office and Winta helped me sort through the paperwork and policies of my dental insurance company to get the services needed for my family. On another occasion, one of my kids needed an extensive oral procedure. Not only did Winta help prepare me and my daughter for the upcoming procedure a week in advance, on the day of the procedure she made my daughter anxiety-free and extremely comfortable. What an awesome customer service experience!!!
